As makers, mentors, educators, and program managers, we've all seen people with really good ideas give up on them too quickly. There are a lot of reasons for this 'giving up' and we are going to dig deep. In this session we'll talk about the external and internal forces that lead people to quit. Then we'll identify stakeholders and brainstorm on solutions from all angles. For makers, founders, educators, program managers.
