Kate is the Executive Director of the Infosys Foundation USA, the philanthropic arm of the global technology consulting firm, Infosys Ltd. The mission of the Foundation is to increase access to computer science and maker education for K12 educators and students, with a particular focus on under-represented communities.  Working with leading non-profits, curriculum developers and dynamic innovators, Kate and the team aim to enable digital equity and the next generation of technology creators.  One of the signature programs of the Foundation is the annual "Infy Maker Awards" (!) which are open to K-12 schools and youth-serving organizations who aim to create more opportunities for students to engage in hands-on, interdisciplinary learning through making.  I look forward to sharing more about some of our impressive 2021 winners and meeting you virtually during this exciting event!
